Tosi provides Technical Support for Tosi partners and customers who have direct contract with Tosi. You can contact Tosi Technical Support by sending an email to support@tosi.net or using Tosi Service Portal.

If you contact support and get auto-reply: "We were unable to recognize you as an existing customer. As a result, we did not create a support case for you."

  1. Please contact them first for support If you have purchased your Tosi solution from a distributor. 
  2. Please contact your Tosi sales representative, If you have a direct contract with us.
  3. If you have purchased your Tosi solution from somewhere else, and have issues with the device malfunction or require the password reset, please provide the necessary information with the following form:
