If Locks or Sub Keys are missing from any Master/Backup Keys, they can be synchronized via the Key software. Please note that currently offline Locks only appear on new Backup Keys once the Locks come online again. Manual synchronization does not override this. 

Option 1 (remote synchronization)

On the Master Key that has all the Locks, go to Devices > Update Backup Keys and follow the instructions there. This feature is available from Key software version 4.1.1 onwards. 

Option 2 (local synchronization)

The Keys can also be synchronized locally via the Key software. Requirements are that both Keys are plugged into the same PC and both Keys' passwords are needed to complete this procedure. 

Please note that the synchronization will only work in one direction, the first key logged in will synchronize the latter one, so if there are differences on the number of Locks on both Key, this procedure needs to be done twice to synchronize the keys both ways. 

1. Plug the Key into PC and log in to the Key software 
2. Plug in the Key to be synchronized 
3. A window will popup that allows you to synchronize the Keys
4. The Key has been synchronized.

If needed you can perform same steps with the Keys the other way around.
