• Gateway Details: Access hardware specifications, CPU, RAM, cellular signal strength, and other system information for every gateway in your network.

• Asset Enriched Data: With the Integrations subscription, view enhanced asset detail pages showing additional data from integrated systems such as OS versions, CPU specs, and vulnerability scan results.

Management

Tosi Control introduces powerful management features to help you save time and maintain consistency across your fleet:

• Custom Attributes: Tag devices and assets with your own information including contact persons, maintenance dates, location details, and safety notes.

• Bulk Import from Excel: Map spreadsheet columns to custom attributes in seconds. If you currently maintain device information in Excel, you can easily do a bulk import to bring everything into Tosi Control.

• Single Sign-On (SSO): Integration with Microsoft, Google, Okta, and other enterprise identity providers. When someone leaves your company, disable them once and they are immediately removed from access.

• User Management: Role-based permissions with Owner, Admin, and Viewer roles. Restrict sensitive custom attributes to owners and admins only.

• Exportable CSV Reports: Generate reports for gateways, assets, and operational data with customizable columns.

• Coming Later in 2026: Remote device configuration to update locks directly from Tosi Control without physical access, and enhanced role-based access control for more granular permissions.

Monitoring

• Connectivity Status Notifications: Get instant alerts when any device or gateway goes offline or comes back online. Stop finding out about problems when users call and get ahead of issues before they impact operations.

• Notification Center with Email Forwarding: Get notified before issues escalate. Automatically forward alerts to any email address so the right person gets the right alert proactively and automatically.

• Hub Integration: Usage logs and VPN logs from your hubs flow into Tosi Control, giving you complete visibility into connection activity.

• Events Integration API (requires Integrations subscription): Bidirectional REST endpoints let external systems send event data into Tosi Control. Receive events from any third-party application and view all events in a centralized dashboard with search and filtering capabilities.

Security Built In

Tosi Control inherits the zero-trust architecture of the Tosi Platform. Access is governed through SSO integration with enterprise identity providers, with role-based permissions (Owner, Admin, Viewer) and the ability to restrict sensitive custom attributes to owners and admins only. All communication is encrypted end-to-end, and audit logs track every action for compliance.
