Registration is a two-step process:
If your organization already uses Tosi Control, you can log in and register your key under your existing account. If you do not yet have an account, you will need to create one before registering your Master Key.
Why do I need to register my Master Key?
Registering your Master Key ensures that your organization retains full control over how it is used and who can access the systems it protects.
Without registration, there is no way to verify ownership. This means that if access is ever lost, disputed, or needs to be transferred, Tosi has no basis to assist you. Registration creates a trusted record that protects your organization.
It also allows Tosi to notify the right people in your organization if we detect unusual activity, security risks, or important changes affecting your account.
Who needs to register?
Any Master Key that is not yet associated with a Tosi Control account must be registered. If your organization has multiple Master Keys, you should only need to register one of them.
How long does registration take?
Most registrations take less than 5 minutes.
You will need:
- Your Master Key
- Basic organization information
- Access to email for account verification (if creating a new account)
How to register the Master Key
Master Key registration started in the beginning of April 2026 for all Master Keys.
After opening your Master Key, you are prompted to register your Key:

Notes
Only one Master/Backup Key per environment needs to be registered. Tosi Control automatically receives the information about all other Keys in the same environment. So if the above window does not appear, the registration has already been completed with another Master/Backup Key.
If your Master Key functions as a Sub Key in other environments, it will onboard only the environment for which it is a Master Key. To onboard the other environments, the respective Master Keys need to be used.
